IC Water Sprayer: 

• Intercooler Water sprayer system - Preparing for next summer / June already!. 

  Status: Installed the sprayer but the controller doesn't like the power its getting or its a POS. Headlamp spray switch works fine and is probably all I need.  Still need to alter the headlamp sprayer relay so I don't have to turn on the headlights to use the sprayer. 

  

  Cusco/Pivot unit Instructions
  • Plan on using the GLL headlight water pump and wire to the relay. I'd also like to rig a extra water tank in the passenger compartment somewhere, drivers  rear quarter panel or under 2+2 rear seats?

  • 060205 - Pivot version is discontinued, You can still get the cusco version

• Ok Here is the headlamp washer wiring on z31 GLL.  
  • Need to cut and tie the purple wire to the G/Y wire on the relay side.
  • Washer controller signal ties to OR/L wire and to ground.
